 Dr. Pelc has had an independent practice in Clinical and Forensic Psychology since 1978.  He provides therapy and
evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults.                                            

The Evaluation Services process focuses on child custody, dependency and neglect cases, criminal case matters (criminal responsibility, competency, mental state, sentencing factors, civil case matters, independent  psychological examinations, disability, worker’s compensation, personal injury and rehabilitation potential).  

He also provides Forensic and Clinical Consultations on Professional Standards of Care as well as Case Consultation
provided to other professionals.
